Security officials in USA have warned that one fresh phishing e-mail campaign, while targeting unwitting users is presently circulating online. Wokv.com published this in news on November 16, 2011.
Evidently, the Sheriff's Office at St. Johns County of Florida explains the working of the scam. An electronic mail gets displayed in the mailbox of the target user that apparently a federal organization sent. The sender of the e-mail can be Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) John Edwards, Special Agent alternatively the Department of Homeland Security's Ricky Jones also Agent.
Essentially, the electronic mail falsely states that officials have confiscated 2 consignment boxes in the airport that they scanned followed with finding huge sums of money in them, supposed to be handed over to the reader of the e-mail.
