Fresh Trojan Misuses TeamViewer the Remote Control Program; ESET

According to security researchers at ESET the security company, they've detected one fresh PC-Trojan that contains TeamViewer the well-known remote control program for letting attackers carry out illegal Internet banking transactions via PCs that have been contaminated.
A well known bank in the United Arab Emirates namely Mashreq Bank recently became a victim of an e-mail scam during the 2nd week of January 2011, according to the news that Emirates247.com published on January 17, 2011.
Security researchers at the web and e-mail security firm, Websense have identified a new personal message spam campaign, which is making rounds on the social networking website, Facebook and propagating the infamous worm Koobface.

Researchers from Symantec the security company have cautioned that there are a number of security flaws in the cross-platform Trojan namely Boonana that can let anybody spot them and then exploit the PCs contaminated with it.
Researchers from BitDefender the security company have cautioned everyone that fraudulent e-mails are circulating as messages from the frequent flyer scheme, "Miles & More" while directing end-users onto a malevolent Internet site. Softpedia.com reported this on January 12, 2011.
