According to CNCERT/CC (National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/ Coordination Center) of China in its newly released Internet Security Report, during 2010, Web-hackers attacked an aggregate of 35,000 websites that were hosted from China of which 4,635 belonged to the government.
